Chris Schädle is a German trained chef and owner of Siggi’s German Restaurant and Bar in Salt Rock, Kwa Zulu-Natal.
Born in Germany, Chris grew up on the East Rand, attended a chef school in Munich and then worked at the family owned Wartburger Hof Hotel
