In a recent interview with Johannes le Roux, founder of Brannas Draught, he told us that Brannas was sold to the owners of their biggest outlet, The Green.
About seven years ago, Dax Menday, together with Dimitri Seretis started The Green at the Benoni Country Club. The Green was the First True Craft Bar on the East Rand.
Not only is Brannas a good seller at The Green, it is also a great fit for the live events business, The Green Live, which the partners started together with Ettiene Erasmus.
The partners recently launched an online platform notkak.co.za, to deliver their latest product, Pinch hard seltzer, to customers on the east rand.
